Hello, my name is Miranda Nelson, and I’m thrilled to join SHIFT Your Journey Mental Health Counseling as the Client Care and Billing Coordinator! My passion lies in helping others, and I’m here to support you by ensuring that any billing or administrative concerns are handled with care, clarity, and efficiency. I believe that when things run smoothly behind the scenes, it allows us all to focus on what truly matters—your journey to wellness.
I come with a background in customer service and advocacy, which has taught me the importance of listening carefully and making sure every client feels heard and supported. Whether it's resolving billing questions or helping you navigate any administrative details, I’m here to make the process as seamless as possible.
